All levels of care include room and board, meals, laundry, transportation arrangements to medical appointments and religious services, entertainment, and medication management. Note that these prices are guidelines and actual prices may vary depending upon the needs of the resident.

Private Room
Level 1: $4500
Level 2: $6,000
Semi-Private Room
Level 1: $3500
Level 2: $5,000
Levels of Care Descriptions
1. Intermediate: Regular assistance with more than one ADL, urinary incontinence management, medical checks, occasional transferring, standby when bathing, etc.
2. Maximum: Assistance with nearly all or all ADL’s, fecal incontinence management, limited mobility, assistance with all transfers, full bathing assistance, constant monitoring, persistent elopement, etc.
